Return & Exchange
Returns/exchanges must be made within 14 days of the original purchase date.
If the wrong color was ordered or you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are happy to do an exchange for an item of equal or lesser value.
To be eligible for a return/exchange, the item must be unused and in the same condition that it was received. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete a return, please email us at email@example.com and include the following:
- Receipt and/or proof of purchase
- Item description you wish to receive
- Ship to information will be provided upon approval of return/exchange.
Once the return is received and inspected, we will send an email of notification that we have received the item. After the return is approved, we will initiate the exchange for the new item.
WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS, ONLY EXCHANGES OR IN STORE CREDIT.
